Go to Registry Editor. Run >> Regedit. Then find the following folder.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Internet Settings > Zones >

There should be only 5 folder in the Zone folder (see the image), if you see the any folder other than 0,1,2,3,4 folders (usually placed above the 0 folder), just delete all of them. 
Close Registry Editor, and Restart Your computer. That should be fixed your problem!
Next: Register the Script Library (.dll) of Windows like paste the .dll file in system32 folder
If you still got a problem with all of those, do this ways. 
Go to Run (Windows + R) then type this:
regsvr32 jscript.dll then press enter
regsvr32 c:WindowsSystem32vbscript.dll press enter

Done!!
